Rocket Motel

On our way to the eastern edge of Yellowstone today. This morning we said goodbye to the Rocket Motel...the hippest place we've stayed so far. Even the kids asked if we will be staying in more places like that.
At breakfast, Zoe ordered the buttermilk pancake (singular). Glad she just got one.
We are now in Wyoming. After leaving the black hills we drove through miles and miles of sagebrush and ranches. Beautiful flat open country.
We are just beginning to see the Bighorn Mountains, and our first glimpse of Rockies.
